Club Rules and Membership Agreement: Hotwife Soirees

This document serves as the Club Constitution, Code of Conduct, and Mandatory Legal Declaration.
By signing the Membership Application, the applicant agrees to all terms contained herein.
PART I: CLUB FOUNDATION AND LEGAL STATUS (CONSTITUTION)
Article 1: Name, Status, and Objectives
1.1 Name and Legal Status:
The name of the Club is Hotwife Soirees (the "Club").
The Club is a Private Members' Club established and conducted in good faith solely for the social benefit of its members and is not open to the general public.
1.2 Non-Commercial Mandate (SEV & Brothel Defence):
The Club's primary objective is to provide a private, safe, and consensual social environment for individuals of alternative lifestyle relationships (often termed 'Swingers')
The Club explicitly prohibits the exchange of money or any form of reward for sexual services or conduct on the premises. The Club shall not facilitate, profit from, or tolerate any form of prostitution.
All fees and payments are SOLELY for the administration, security, maintenance, and outlay costs of the Club and its events.
1.3 Compliance:
The Club operates in strict compliance with all relevant UK legal frameworks, including the Licensing Act 2003 and the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, to maintain its non-SEV status.
Article 2: Membership and Governance
2.1 Vetting and Access:

Priority Membership (Sponsored/Nominated Applicants) - Applicants who are formally sponsored or nominated by an existing full member known to the Club Committee will receive priority processing, with a typical verification period of 5–7 days. In addition to having a recognised sponsor, applicants must also hold a minimum of three verifications on an established alternative-lifestyle platform (e.g., FAB Swingers, SwingHub, SpicyMatch). Your sponsor and listed verifiers may be contacted to confirm your reliability, authenticity, and suitability for membership.

Standard Membership (Non-Sponsored Applicants) - Applicants who are not personally sponsored or nominated must instead provide five or more verifications, dated within the last 18 months, from couples, single ladies, or recognised alternative-lifestyle venues/clubs on platforms such as FAB Swingers, SwingHub, SpicyMatch, etc. Verification processing for non-sponsored applicants typically takes 12–14 days, during which your listed verifications may be approached to confirm your reliability and authenticity.
Mandatory Vetting Period:
In accordance with UK law, there shall be a mandatory waiting period of at least five clear days (5-day vetting) between application verification and admission to membership privileges.
Immediate access is prohibited.
Access is strictly limited to Full Members and their formally registered guests.
2.2 Governance:
The Club shall be governed by a Committee responsible for overseeing administration, financial management, vetting, and disciplinary action.
PART II: OPERATIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT
Article 3: Consent, Autonomy, and Interaction
3.1 Affirmative Consent (Core Rule):
Consent Must Be Explicit and Ongoing:
All sexual interaction must be preceded by explicit, affirmative consent from all participating parties.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without discussion or complaint.
No Obligation:
There is absolutely no obligation for any member to participate in any activity.
The autonomy and boundaries of every individual must be respected and adhered to at all times.
3.2 Non-Commercial Activity:
Members shall never offer, solicit, or accept any money or reward for sexual conduct or services while participating in Club events.
3.3 Behaviour and Security:
Privacy:
Members must respect the privacy and identity of all attendees. No one shall share another member's identifying information outside the Club.
Photography/Recording:
No photographs, video, or audio recording is permitted on the premises without the explicit, documented consent of the Committee and every individual present.
Violation of this rule is Gross Misconduct.
Substance Use:
The use, sale, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
Article 4: Disciplinary Action
4.1 Grounds:
The Committee shall have the power to immediately suspend or terminate membership for conduct deemed detrimental to the safety, legal compliance, or reputation of the Club, including, but not limited to, breach of the Consent rule or the Non-Commercial Mandate.
PART III: MANDATORY LEGAL DECLARATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
By signing the application form, I/We agree to the following mandatory conditions:
Article 5: Legal Warranties and Acknowledgements.
5.1 Financial Warranty (Legal Defence):
I/We warrant and agree that all payments made to Hotwife Soirees are SOLELY for administration, maintenance, and facility use and NOT in exchange for, or in consideration of, any sexual conduct or services.
5.2 Identity and Vetting:
I/We acknowledge the 5-day vetting period and that immediate access is prohibited.
I/We understand that upon attendance at my/our first event, I/we must supply photographic ID that matches the Full Legal Name(s) provided in the application for one-time verification.
5.3 Criminal Declaration:
I/We declare that I/we have no spent or unspent criminal convictions that would bring the Club into disrepute.
Article 6: Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability.
6.1 Consent and Responsibility:
/We confirm that any sexual activity engaged in is strictly between consenting individuals, and I/we take full personal responsibility for ensuring my/our own safety, health, and consensual participation.
6.2 Personal Property:
I/We release the hosts, the Club, and the hosting team from all liability for any loss, theft, or damage to my/our personal property occurring during the event.
6.3 Illness and Injury:
I/We acknowledge that I/we enter the premises and participate in activities at my/our own risk.
I/We acknowledge that the Club and its hosts cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from their proven negligence under UK law, but I/we release the hosts from all liability for any illness, injury, or death that is not caused by their proven negligence.
I/We confirm I/we have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Founding Club Rules and Membership Agreement (Parts I, II, and III).
