PART I: CLUB FOUNDATION AND LEGAL STATUS (CONSTITUTION)

Article 1: Name, Status, and Objectives

1.1 Name and Legal Status
The name of the Club is Hotwife Soirees.

The Club is a Private Members’ Club established and conducted in good faith solely for the social benefit of its members and is not open to the general public.

1.2 Non-Commercial Mandate
The Club’s primary objective is to provide a private, safe, and consensual social environment for individuals involved in alternative lifestyle relationships, often referred to as swinging.

The Club explicitly prohibits the exchange of money or any form of reward for sexual services or conduct on the premises. The Club shall not facilitate, profit from, or tolerate any form of prostitution.

All fees and payments are solely for the administration, security, maintenance, and operational outlay of the Club and its events.

1.3 Compliance
The Club operates in compliance with all relevant United Kingdom legal frameworks, including the Licensing Act 2003 and the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, in order to maintain its non-sexual entertainment venue status.

Article 2: Membership and Governance

2.1 Vetting and Access

Priority Membership (Sponsored or Nominated Applicants)
Applicants who are formally sponsored or nominated by an existing full member known to the Club Committee will receive priority processing. The typical verification period is five to seven days. In addition to sponsorship, applicants must hold a minimum of three verifications on a recognised alternative lifestyle platform such as FAB Swingers, SwingHub, or SpicyMatch. Sponsors and listed verifiers may be contacted to confirm reliability, authenticity, and suitability for membership.

Standard Membership (Non-Sponsored Applicants)

Applicants who are not personally sponsored or nominated must provide five or more verifications dated within the last eighteen months from couples, single ladies, or recognised alternative lifestyle venues or clubs on established platforms. Verification processing for non-sponsored applicants typically takes twelve to fourteen days. Listed verifiers may be contacted during this period.

Mandatory Vetting Period
In accordance with United Kingdom law, a mandatory waiting period of no fewer than five clear days shall apply between verification and admission to membership privileges. Immediate access is prohibited.

Access to events is strictly limited to full members and their formally registered guests.

2.2 Governance
The Club shall be governed by a Committee responsible for administration, financial oversight, vetting, event management, and disciplinary matters.

PART II: OPERATIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT

Article 3: Consent, Autonomy, and Interaction

3.1 Consent
All sexual interaction must be preceded by explicit and affirmative consent from all participating individuals.

Consent must be ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without discussion or complaint.

There is no obligation for any member to participate in any activity. The autonomy, boundaries, and decisions of every individual must be respected at all times.

3.2 Non-Commercial Activity
Members shall not offer, solicit, or accept money or any form of reward for sexual conduct or services while attending Club events.

3.3 Behaviour and Security

Privacy
Members must respect the privacy and identity of all attendees. No identifying information relating to another member may be shared outside the Club.

Photography and Recording
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited without the explicit consent of the Club Committee and every individual present. Any breach of this rule constitutes gross misconduct.

Substance Use
The use, possession, sale, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Article 4: Disciplinary Action

4.1 Grounds
The Committee reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership with immediate effect for conduct deemed detrimental to safety, legal compliance, or the reputation of the Club. Grounds include, but are not limited to, breaches of consent rules or the non-commercial mandate.

PART III: MANDATORY LEGAL DECLARATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

By signing the Membership Application, I or we agree to the following conditions.

Article 5: Legal Warranties and Acknowledgements

5.1 Financial Warranty
I or we warrant and agree that all payments made to Hotwife Soirees are solely for administrative, maintenance, and facility-related costs and are not made in exchange for, or in consideration of, any sexual conduct or services.

5.2 Identity and Vetting
I or we acknowledge the mandatory five-day vetting period and understand that immediate access is prohibited.

I or we understand that upon first attendance at an event, photographic identification matching the full legal name or names provided in the application must be presented for one-time verification.

5.3 Criminal Declaration
I or we declare that I or we have no spent or unspent criminal convictions that would bring the Club into disrepute.

Article 6: Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

6.1 Consent and Responsibility
I or we confirm that any sexual activity engaged in is strictly between consenting individuals and that I or we take full personal responsibility for safety, health, and participation.

6.2 Personal Property
I or we release the Club, hosts, and hosting team from liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during events.

6.3 Illness and Injury
I or we acknowledge that attendance and participation occur at our own risk.

I or we acknowledge that the Club and its hosts cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from proven negligence under United Kingdom law. All other liability for illness, injury, or death not caused by proven negligence is expressly waived.

PART IV: ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES

Article 7: Event Payments, Cancellations, and Attendance Credit Policy

7.1 Nature of Payments
All payments made to Hotwife Soirees are administrative contributions intended to cover organisational, venue, security, and operational costs associated with private members’ events.

Payments do not constitute the purchase of attendance, participation, or any service, nor do they create entitlement to any activity.

7.2 Eligibility for Attendance Credit
Attendance credit is available exclusively to members who have paid the full event fee.

This policy does not apply to deposit-only payments under any circumstances.

Where full payment has been received and the attendee is unable to attend due to genuine and unavoidable circumstances, including illness, injury, transport failure, or unforeseen domestic or family emergency, the Club may, at its sole discretion, apply the amount paid as credit toward a future event.

7.3 Conditions for Attendance Credit
To qualify for attendance credit, the attendee must have paid the full event fee in advance.

The Club must be notified no fewer than thirty-six hours before the event date.

Notification must be made through official Club communication channels.

Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and redeemable only by the original named member or approved guest.

Credits must be used within a reasonable period as determined by the Committee.

Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

7.4 Deposit Payments
All deposit payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for attendance credit, roll-over, or substitution for any reason.

Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.

7.5 Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance
Failure to notify the Club within the required thirty-six-hour period, or failure to attend for any reason, will result in forfeiture of all payments made. No refunds or credits will be issued.

7.6 Club Cancellation
If the Club cancels an event due to venue issues, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its control, members who have made full payment will be offered either attendance credit or an alternative event date where available.

The Club accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred.
